Student & Faculty/Staff Lists

Technology Resources has developed and maintains two convenient tools for generating lists of students, faculty, and staff based on user selected criteria.

NOTE: Support and access for these tools is handled by Technology Resources.

Student Lists

The Email List Management application can be used for obtaining an email distribution list for students based on general criteria (e.g. major, classification, and hours completed). Once criteria have been selected, an email can be sent from within the application or downloaded for use in a mail merge. Instructions for using the Email List Management application are provided by Technology Resources.

The Report Net Portal is a second option which allows more detailed selection of students including Classification, GPA, Major, Gender, Race/Ethnicity, and several other fields. This tool is especially useful for those looking to create lists for scholarships or invitation to academic organizations. To generate a list of students, please use report 230-Student List by Term available in the Report Net Portal.  For those using the Report Net Portal to generate student lists, a Quick Start Guide prepared by Technology Resources is available.

Faculty/Staff Lists

The Email List Management application can be used for obtaining an email distribution list for faculty and/or staff based on general criteria (e.g. division, department, employment status, EEO Category, etc.) Once criteria have been selected, an email can be sent from within the application or downloaded for use in a mail merge.
