Lesley Lishman Prewitt joined Institutional Research in October of 2001.  Her duties include maintaining the IR departmental calendar, support for the director and analysts, and keeping up with the reports and surveys that flow in and out of Institutional Research.

She was previously employed at Texas State University from August 1989 to August of 1993. She began at TxState in the Office of the Registrar in the transcript department. She was stationed at the "Final Check" and "Trouble Terminal" during registration before the CATS registration system was online. She became known for her helpful and positive attitude as well as excellent customer service and conflict resolution. Lesley moved up in the Registrar's Office to assign academic space and help produce the Schedule of Classes. Advancing on to University Advancement, Lesley worked for the Alumni Association until 1993. A graduate from the "School of Life", Lesley is working on her Bachelor's Degree here at Texas State, majoring in Communication Studies.

In her spare time Lesley and her husband Christopher, work on their 14 acre "little farm" outside of Blanco, Texas. They also write, produce and perform original music under the production company name of "Little Farm Music" - Their acoustic duo, Lishman & Prewitt performs in and around the Central Texas Area.
