Academic research and class projects are not supported by the Institutional Research Office. Class assignments are considered part of the student’s studies and should be completed by the student. If research for a project is deemed beneficial to the University and resources are available, IR may assist faculty and staff with data extractions for a Thesis or Dissertation. In these instances, a written request from the student’s Dean must be provided.

Due to privacy concerns, if we determine that meeting your request will involve the release of confidential data, we may require that a release form be signed and returned to us. We will contact you if we require the additional form. The form is available in HTML format and MS Word formats.
